When I found Office Pride in early 2009, I was hungry for a change. I didn’t know anything about cleaning or the cleaning industry. What I did know was how to lead people and build a culture of fun and accountability. I figured cleaning was pretty simple and that I could start this franchise in my home garage and build a large company with over 200 team members. My wife knew my personal drive and thought to herself, well I can clean. We invested into the franchise system and got started in July 2009. The roller coaster ride that ensued was terrific and I would not change a thing. God taught me a lot of lessons along the way. One thing I can say I was good at, is asking “God what are you trying to teach me in this struggle?”
I usually figured that out pretty quickly and continued to move forward to the next lesson. If we don’t ask that question God is really patient about letting us stay in our struggles until we learn. You may have heard this quote before, “lesson continues, until lesson is learned.”
That definitely applies when God is involved and trying to grow you as a person into who He wants you to be. The road Office Pride lead me down has definitely been an adventure. I have been blessed along the way with great leaders to work with in our company. We are on track this year to reach the first goals I set way back in 2009 from a revenue standpoint. We have spent time as a team to set new goals for the future to strive towards.
Last year we were nominated by a team member and won the “top workplaces 2024” award from the Indianapolis Star. This year we won the Indiana Business Journal award for “Fast 25 growing company” due to increases in revenue year over year from 2023 to 2024. Despite these accolades the mission to Honor God by positively impacting people and workplaces remains our top priority
Over the past few years, Office Pride of Greater Indy, Kokomo, and Muncie has experienced extraordinary growth—not just in revenue, but in capability, culture, and community impact. We’ve added incredible team members, expanded into new facilities, and strengthened our sales, marketing and operations—all while staying true to who we are. Our success in winning competitive contracts, including a major partnership with StarPlus Energy, reflects the trust customers place in our unmatched reliability, consistent quality, and transparent communication.
Behind this growth is a commitment to continuous improvement. We’re embracing new technologies to help us operate more efficiently, deliver greater accountability, and elevate level of service for each customer. These tools help us steward our resources wisely and live out our core values—from “Always Do What is Right” to “Total Customer Satisfaction” and “Accountability to Commitments.” We’re not just getting bigger—we’re getting better, more aligned, and more prepared to serve with excellence.
Our growth has also opened doors to greater community impact. Whether it’s blessing residents at a Muncie nursing home last Christmas or donating a full facility cleanup to the Kokomo Urban Outreach UP Program in Kokomo, we are finding new ways to serve beyond the job site. As we continue to grow, we remain grounded in our vision—to honor God, empower our team to thrive, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of everyone around us. Being named #18 on the IBJ’s Fast 25 list for 2025 is a proud honor and a reflection of that momentum—but our real reward is seeing our people, our customers, and our communities flourish together.

2025 Summer Community Involvement Project: Cleaning UP
After weeks of planning, over 160 hours of focused labor, and a floor crew that brought their absolute best—the new UP Program facility at, Kokomo Urban Outreach has been transformed. From the polished gym floor to the spotless hallways and classrooms, every inch now reflects the dignity and care this incredible mission deserves.
But this wasn’t just about clean floors. It was about showing up for the thousands of kids who will walk through those doors. Kids who deserve excellence. Kids who matter.
We didn’t just clean a building—we helped prepare a space where lives will be changed.
What an honor to serve alongside those who pour into this community every day. Cleaning UP was more than a project—it was a purpose.
