Reliability. Consistency. High-Quality. Award-Winning. These words get thrown around by every cleaning company—but without action behind them, they’re just empty promises. At Office Pride of Greater Indy, Kokomo, and Muncie, we believe these words only matter when they’re proven daily on your facility floor. That’s why we focus less on buzzwords and more on results. Every day, we deliver on these commitments at over 150 businesses across Central Indiana and the Midwest, earning trust through action—not talk.
The numbers below give a snapshot of what we consistently achieve, but numbers alone don’t tell the full story. As you continue, you’ll find reviews from real clients, a transparent look at our company history, and the ways we stay actively involved in the communities we serve. Because for us, credibility isn’t claimed—it’s earned.

A brand is only as strong as the people behind it. Any company can promise quality, but it’s the team on the ground—working after hours, behind the scenes—that truly defines the standard. At Office Pride of Greater Indy, Kokomo, and Muncie, we place the highest priority on building up and supporting the hard-working individuals who represent our brand every day. While you’re at home, they’re the ones ensuring your office or workspace is spotless, fresh, and ready when you arrive each morning. That level of consistency doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the result of their dedication and commitment to excellence.
This people-first approach has not only earned us the trust of over 150 businesses across Central Indiana, but it’s also been recognized publicly. In 2024, we were honored with the IndyStar Central Indiana Top Workplace award. In 2025, the Indianapolis Business Journal named us the 18th Fastest Growing Business in Indiana on their FAST25 list. These achievements are a direct reflection of our team’s work ethic, and our unwavering focus on supporting the people who drive our success.
Office Pride of Greater Indy, Kokomo, and Muncie is led by Chris Middleton, a seasoned business owner who understands that facility decision makers need more than promises—they need a partner who delivers. As an independently owned and operated franchisee, Chris has built a reputation for reliability, consistency, and high-quality service across Central Indiana. With a background in supervisory and management roles within the automotive industry, Chris took his operational expertise and founded the Noblesville franchise in 2009, expanding to Muncie in 2015, Chattanooga in 2017, and Kokomo in 2021.
Under his leadership, these franchises offer comprehensive janitorial services for offices, medical facilities, call centers, financial institutions, multi-tenant buildings, and manufacturing plants. Beyond routine cleaning, Office Pride specializes in advanced services such as hot water carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, deep cleaning and sanitization, and electrostatic disinfection. These services are critical for maintaining healthy work environments and reducing the spread of illnesses like COVID-19 and the flu, especially in high-traffic areas and hard-to-reach spaces.
“We do it all,” Chris explains. “But where we truly stand out is in floor care. Floors need more than just mopping and vacuuming. We educate our customers on proper floor maintenance and ensure their facilities reflect a level of care that enhances their overall image.”
Chris attributes the company’s success to a family-oriented, faith-driven culture that prioritizes people. “When you take care of your employees, they take care of your customers. That’s why we focus on building a loyal, low-turnover team who consistently deliver high-quality results.” This commitment has earned Chris Middleton the prestigious Office Pride Franchise of the Year award—twice.
Beyond Office Pride, Chris is also a part owner in another franchise system and holds an equity stake in a separate business startup. His entrepreneurial drive is matched by a willingness to learn and grow, acknowledging that the most valuable lessons often come through perseverance and faith.
Chris and his wife of over 30 years, Kim, reside in Noblesville. Together, they enjoy boating, attending concerts, and spending time with their four adult sons.
